To get to Level B2, please enter through Chatswood Shopping Centre's South entrance (Victoria Avenue) and drive towards the boom gate on the far right lane.

Once getting your ticket, drive down the ramp to level B2

Alternatively to get to Level GA please enter through the shopping centres north entrance (malvern ave entrance).

Our average waiting time is 1 hour while other services can take up to 3 hours. Our customers conveniently drop-off their keys and shop at Chase during their wait. (3 hour free parking)

We are sufficiently staffed for drive-in customers, however it is reccomended to book ahead to avoid waiting time durking peak hours (11am - 2pm).

Why Am I Charged More Than Others?

Upon arrival our technicians will inspect your car and determine what service best suits your needs depending on the size and condition of your car. A reasonable surcharge may apply in the presence of excess dirt, sand, mud, bugsplatter, bird droppings, road film, tar, tree sap, brakedust, animal hair etc.
