What Are Your Business Hours?


We are open 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 5:00pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before our closing hours.




How Do I Find You?


-Chatswood- Located in Chatswood Chase Level B2 and GA To get to Level B2, please enter through Chatswood Shopping Centre's South entrance (Victoria Avenue) and drive towards the boom gate on the far right lane. Once getting your ticket, drive down the ramp to level B2 Alternatively to get to Level GA please enter through the shopping centres north entrance (malvern ave entrance). -Eastwood- Located in Eastwood Shopping Center Parking Area -Epping- Located behind the 7-Eleven petrol station -Burleigh Heads- Located in Stockland Burleigh Heads Ground Car Park




Are Bookings Required?


We are sufficiently staffed for drive-in customers, however it is reccomended to book ahead to avoid waiting time durking peak hours (11am - 2pm). Also, 10% discounts are available for customers who book online.




What should I do before visiting?


Remove all valuables and organize your belongings before you hand over your keys. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any items that go missing.




Why Am I Charged More Than Others?


Upon arrival our technicians will inspect your car and determine what service best suits your needs depending on the size and condition of your car. A reasonable surcharge may apply in the presence of excess dirt, sand, mud, bugsplatter, bird droppings, road film, tar, tree sap, brakedust, animal hair etc.




How Long Will It Take?


Our average waiting time is 1 hour while other services can take up to 3 hours. Our customers conveniently drop-off their keys and shop at Chase during their wait. (3 hour free parking)
